1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Content Creation HQ, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Creator Plan — $4.99/month or $29.99/year. Unlocks unlimited AI ideas, captions, hashtags, calendar, templates, and streak tracking.
• Pro Plan — $9.99/month or $59.99/year. Includes everything in Creator plus batch AI, analytics, push reminders, and shareable board links.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, in accordance with Apple's standard policies.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and sync your content for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI Features

AI-generated content is provided for assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or originality of AI output.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
