Content Creation HQ ("we", "our", "us") operates the Content Creation HQ mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication and cloud sync purposes via Supabase.
• Content Data: Your content items, scripts, platform configurations, and tags are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our cloud service if you sign in.
• Subscription Information: When you subscribe, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) through RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.
• AI Usage:When you use AI features (idea generation, captions, hashtags), your content topics are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. We do not store these queries.

How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the App
• To sync your content across devices (when signed in)
• To process your subscription
• To provide AI-powered content suggestions
• To send you local push notification reminders you've scheduled

Data Storage

Your content data is stored locally on your device by default. If you sign in with an account, data is synced to Supabase servers. You can export and delete your data at any time from the app.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Cloud database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• RevenueCat: Subscription management (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• Google Gemini API: AI content generation (ai.google.dev/terms)
• Apple / Google: Payment processing via respective app stores

Push Notifications

The App may send local push notifications for content reminders you schedule. You can disable these at any time through your device settings or within the App.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us or using the export/delete features in the App.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
